I took the assessment and I am a team leader type. Which doesn't surprise me, I think I was somewhat biased since I had read the type descriptions in the book. I think I am a good balance between people and task oriented.
I was a team leader which I was surprised about. I would be a strict team leader, however I love to be around creative and smart people so that must be what this group is made up of lol!
I took the leadership quiz and the results indicated that I am a team leader, which is mainly the job I have at the moment. I enjoy working with other employees to help build a successful company as well as successful work relationships.
