Industrial Psychology
While doing some reading about the human relations approach to organizations I came across the term industrial psychology. I remember hearing this term when I was younger but I haven't heard it very often in recent years. I just find it interesting how terminology changes. I wonder what caused the change?

There seems to be a better word for all descriptions. Even in Maslow's theory there seems to be a large amount of words that essentially have the same meaning. ok, I confess a word does give more preciseness, but sometimes you just need to get to point. In this case (industrial pschology), I think it does just that.
