We discussed in class that the Myers Briggs Personality Type Indicator is frequently used in human resources approaches to organizations to help people figure out how they fit in to the organization. The results of the test are also used to help people work together more effectively.
The are several short forms of the test available free on the Internet. The longer form is more reliable and valid but the short form often gives a good idea of your tendencies. Have fun.

I am ENFJ.
I think my results are pretty accurate. I really enjoyed reading the descriptions of the types. I like psychology and personality tests.
I AM ESTJ. I DO BELIEVE THAT THE "ADMINISTRATOR" DOES FIT ME WELL. I LIKE TAKING TESTS LIKE THIS BECAUSE IT HELPS ME PUT INTO WORDS HOW I FEEL ABOUT MYSELF.
I am a ENTP. As I read the description about the thinker I felt that being analytical fits my personality well. Wow.
I AM INTJ. I thought my results were okay. I did not agree with the thinker instead of the feeler, but my husband thinks that was right on the nose.
